The specific services, price, timeline and cancellation terms for any program are set out in your written client agreement, which controls if it conflicts with these terms.
No guarantees
We cannot guarantee that any item will be removed from your credit report, that your score will increase by any amount, or that you will be approved for any credit, loan, account or lease. Results vary and depend on your credit file, your actions and the decisions of credit bureaus, creditors and lenders. Client results shown on our website and social media are real but are not typical or a promise of future results.
Your rights
You have the right to dispute inaccurate information in your credit report by contacting the credit bureau directly, at no cost. You can get a free copy of your credit report from each nationwide credit bureau every week at AnnualCreditReport.com. We challenge information that is inaccurate, outdated or unverifiable. We cannot remove accurate, timely information. Under the Credit Repair Organizations Act, you may cancel a credit repair contract without penalty or obligation within 3 business days after signing it.
